As much as we try everything we can to ship our products safely, unfortunately accidents happen during shipping. In the rare case of receiving a damaged product, please email us with the following: the name assigned to the order, order number, and an image proof with your preferable solution (a completely new product or a refund.)

We can definitely create a new design completely or edit/alter an existing design. BEFORE making a custom order, you should email us so we can discuss the process!

Unfortunately we do not accept returns currently. In case of receiving a damaged product or the wrong item, just email us with your name, order number, and an image proof so we can work on a refund or get you a new print completely on the house!
